试论学生党员在高校二级学院民主管理中的作用

摘　　要：学生党员是我国高校学生中的优秀学生群体,蕴含着很强的创新和民主精神,在一定程度上集中体现了我国高校人才培养的目标和特点,影响着二级学院民主管理的内容、措施和手段。学生党员对二级学院学生管理工作提出好建议,促进学生民主管理工作更加科学化,更具民主性;以积极态度对教学管理提出合理建议,参与二级学院的教学民主管理;并以自身的管理实践和体验、传承二级学院的民主管理文化,使民主管理真正深入学生、老师和管理者的内心,成为大家自觉的行为,达到管理的充分科学化和民主化。Student Party members are the outstanding students in universities; with a strong spirit of innovation and democracy, to a certain extent, they reflect the talents training objectives and characteristics in China and influence the contents, measures and means of democratic management of the secondary colleges. The good suggestions put forward by student Party members make the democratic management more scientific and more democratic ; Student Party members play a role in the teaching democratic management with a positive attitude and reasonable suggestions; and with their own management practice and experience, they pass on the culture of democratic management so that the democratic management will be deeply rooted in students, teachers and administrators and become a conscious act, thus making the management more scientific and democratic.
