摘　　要：本文描述ＲＩＢＬＬ真空系统的设计、安装、测试结果。真空腔体全长３５ｍ，３０ｍｉｎ时间真空可由１０００Ｐａ达到５×１０－８Ｐａ。无束流时间，真空可以达到１．７×１０－９Ｐａ。在束流轰击下，真空可以达到７．５×１０－１０Ｐａ。AbstractIn this paper, the design, installation and measurement results of RIBLL vacuum system are described. The RIBLL is about 35 meters long. The RIBLL vacuum, pumping by turbo molecular pumps which, in conjunction with a backing pump, enables to reach pressures of 5×108Pa only in 30 minutes. Normally, the RIBLL vacuum can reach to pressures of 1.7×109Pa. But by beam bombarding, the vacuum can go up to pressures of 7.5×1010Pa.
