摘 要:针对复杂订单设计型(ETO)产品定制设计周期长的不足,提出了一种支持ETO产品快速配置设计的方法.利用大批量定制设计原理和延迟设计分离点(PDDP),将组成ETO产品的零部件划分为不同定制深度的4种设计类型,使针对ETO产品的整体设计转变为对零部件的配置变型设计.通过将ETO产品定制设计过程划分为非精确配置过程和精确配置过程2个阶段,延迟了定制零部件在企业内部的设计过程,变反应式设计为预定式设计,降低了客户订单对产品设计的影响,缩短了定制设计周期和交货期.结合工业汽轮机转子为例说明了方法的有效性和可行性.Complex engineering-to-order (ETO) product has long design cycle. A rapid configuration design method was presented to solve the problem. The components of ETO product were divided into four design types with different customized depth by utilizing the theory of design for mass customization (DFMC) and postponement design deeoupling point (PDDP). Then design for ETO product itself can be converted into customized design for its components. The configuration design process of ETO product was divided into two phases, namely, inexact and exact configuration. Then design process of customized components in enterprise was effectively postponed and responded design was transformed into scheduled design. Thus customer order's influence on design was decreased as possible and customized design cycle and lead time were shortened. An example of the rotor of industry turbine was given to verify the effectiveness of the method.
