摘 要:通过对经皮穴位电刺激镇痛实验中记录的脑电信号进行分析,提取表征时间序列规则性的样本熵参数,研究了脑电样本熵与疼痛之间的关系,以及它的变化趋势.样本熵的独立样本T检验分析结果表明,样本熵在致痛状态与静息状态之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01),其平均值在致痛状态下要高于静息状态;在致痛状态与TEAS治疗状态之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01),其平均值在致痛状态下要高于治疗状态.样本熵能反映疼痛程度变化趋势,从非线性角度说明了穴位电刺激疗法对大脑的疼痛处理过程有一定的调制作用,样本熵有望用于客观的评价疼痛.Recorded electroencephalogram (EEG) was analyzed during transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) for pain relief. Then sample entropy was extracted to represent time series regularity, and the relationship between EEG sample entropy and pain, and its trend were investigated. Independent samples T test results showed that sample entropy during pain state and rest state was significantly different (P〈0.01) ; the mean value during pain state was higher than that during rest state. Sample entropy during pain state and TEAS showed significant difference (P 〈0.01); the mean value during pain state was higher than that during TEAS. Sample entropy can imply trend of pain degree. TEAS can modulate pain mechanism in brain to some degree. Sample entropy is indicated to be an objective criterion to evaluate pain.
