经脐单孔腹腔镜技术治疗精索静脉曲张(附21例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜技术治疗精索静脉曲张的可行性。方法:施行经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术21例,其中左侧精索静脉曲张19例,双侧2例。结果:21例手术均获成功,无并发症发生,平均手术时间单侧23min,双侧38min,术后平均住院3.1d。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术是一种可选的术式,患者痛苦小,创伤轻,恢复快,更具有美容、微创的治疗效果,操作难度不大。Objective： To investigate the teasibility of transumbilieal single port laparoseopy in the treatment of varicoeele. Methods：Twenty-one cases underwent transumbilical single port laparoseopie high ligation of spermatie vein（ 19 eases on the left side, 2 eases on both sides）. Results： All of the operations were performed successfully and no complication had been noted. The average operative time was 23min on the left side and 38min on both sides. Mean postoperative hospital stay was 3.1 d. Conclusions：Transumbili- cal single port laparoscoplc high ligation of spermatic vein is a feasible alternative to varieocele with simple procedure,less trauma, quick recovery and improwed cosnwtic result.
