摘　　要：目的:研究经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性。方法:为34例胆囊疾病患者行经脐腹腔镜胆囊切除术,应用动脉转流胶管建立操作通道,完成胆囊切除术。结果:34例手术均获成功。平均手术时间51min。无出血及胆漏等并发症发生。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行,但使用常规器械操作具有一定的难度,手术器械尚需进一步完善。Objective：To explore the feasibility of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods：Thirty- four patients with gallbladder pathologies were enrolled in this study. All of them were treated with transumbilical single port laparoseop- ie cholecysteetomy with arterial perfusion eannula as operative tunnel. Results： All operations were successfully performed. The mean operative time was 51 min. No postoperative bleeding or bile leakage occurred. Conclusions ： Transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe and feasible operation ,while it＇s difficult with conventional laparoscopic instruments. Existing laparoscopic in- struments are needed to be modified.
