妇科经脐单孔腹腔镜手术50例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在治疗妇科疾病中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析我院为50例妇科疾病患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果:46例手术获得成功,平均手术时间(37.25±15.36)min,术中平均出血(51.18±17.89)ml。术后体温最高38.0℃,2d后恢复正常,肛门排气时间12～36h。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜技术用于治疗妇科疾患安全可行。作为一种新的手术方式给患者带来的创伤更小,将被更多的妇科医师用于临床。Objective：To investigate the application value of transumbilical single port laparoscopic technique in treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods ：Clinical data of 50 patients, who got gynecological diseases and were operated with transumbilical sin- gle port laparoscopic operations ,were analyzed retrospectively. Results：In all of the cases ,46 cases had been fulfilled successfully. The average operative time was （37.25 ± 15.36 ）min, mean intraoperative blood loss was （51.18 ± 17.89 ）ml. The highest postoperative temperature was 38.0℃ and recovered two clays after operation. The recovery time of intestinal peristalsis was 12-36h after operation. Conclusions：Transumbilical single port laparoscopic technique is safe and feasible to apply in gynecological surgery. As a new operation method,it causes less trauma to patients, and will be applied to clinical practice by more gynecologists.
