摘　　要：为确保转向架的性能安全和经济运行,研制了新型转向架参数测定试验台。基于铁道车辆转向架的特点,介绍了转向架参数测定试验台的测试原理、主要结构、功能等,进行了转向架参数测定试验台的机械系统、液压及控制系统和测试系统的设计,实现了铁道车辆转向架的三向刚度同时测定及几何结构尺寸参数测定等功能。In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the bogie, the new test-rig is researched to measure the parameters of train bogie. For the characterisc of railway bogie, the measuring principle, the main structure and the function of the new test-rig are presented. Furthermore, the mechanical system, hydraulic pressure and control system and the measuring system are designed. Accordingly, the simultaneous measurement of the suspension stiffness and the geometry parameters are successfully carried out.
