摘 要:基于三角网格描述的三维牙颌模型,根据牙龈变形的生理医学特性,结合牙龈变形仿真的实时性和逼真性要求,提出一种完整的牙龈软组织变形仿真算法.该算法根据三维牙颌模型的曲率特性,对其生物特征信息进行定量描述;在曲率特性分析的基础上进行区域划分,确定牙冠、牙龈及变形中的固定区域;根据牙龈的变形类似于带边界约束的弹塑性薄膜的变形特性,采用能量函数驱动方式,实现牙龈动态连续变形.Simulating the real-time deformation of gum tissues in medical application, an integrated simulation framework was designed for the 3D dental model described by the triangular mesh and based on the physiological and medical characteristics of soft gum tissues. The bio-information of the 3D dental model was analyzed quantitatively according to its corresponding characteristics of surface curvature. During the deformation simulation, the gum tissue, tooth crown and fixed regions were recognized and separated interactively by using the curvature information as reference. Finally, under the assumption that the gum tissue deformation was verisimilar to the deformation of the elastic-plastic membrane with given boundary constraints, the gum tissue was deformed dynamically and continuously by minimizing the corresponding energy function. Experimental results demonstrate that the simulation framework can meet the medical requirements both in deformation efficiency and quality.
