摘　　要：目的:观察护理干预对经皮肾穿刺活检术患者术后排便情况的影响。方法:80例经皮肾穿刺活检术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施相应的护理措施,包括术前、术中、术后的专科护理措施;对照组仅行一般健康教育。结果:通过术前、术中、术后的有效全程护理干预明显减小了患者排尿异常的发生率,两组比较P<0.05。结论:护理干预可有效减少经皮肾穿刺活检术患者术后排尿并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To observe the nursing intervention after percutaneous renal biopsy in patients with postoperative defecation situation. Methods：80 cases of percutaneous renal biopsy were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group,the observation group to implement the appropriate care measures,including before,during and after specialist care measures; the control group only by general health education. Results：Before,during and after the effective nursing intervention could significantly improve the situation in patients with postoperative urination there was remarkable different between the two groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion ：Nursing intervention could reduce voiding complications and improve the quality of life in patients with percutaneous renal biopsy.
