摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿家庭护理干预的效果。方法:我院选择270例正常新生儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组150例和对照组120例。干预组新生儿实施家庭护理干预,对照组新生儿仅采用传统的护理方法。比较两组新生儿家属护理知识掌握情况和新生儿发病情况。结果:干预组新生儿家属护理知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01),干预组新生儿因护理不当所引发疾病的发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:开展新生儿家庭护理的上门服务,能有效降低新生儿发病率,提高新生儿健康水平。Objective：Probe into the effect of family nursing intervention on newborns.Methods：270 normal newborns in our hospital were divided into intervention group（n=150） and control group（n=120）.The control group were used traditional care and the intervention group used family nursing intervention.To compare the nursing knowledges mastery situation of the family member and morbidity rate of newborns.Results：The nursing knowledges mastery situation of the family member in intervention was better than in control group（P〈0.01）,and the morbidity rate of newborns was lower than in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The family nursing intervention could reduce morbidity rate of newborns effectively and improve the health level of newborns.
