高等教育大众化背景下大学生职业生涯规划教育探讨

摘　　要：高等教育进入大众化阶段,高校毕业生的就业形势发生了质的转变。就业问题成为全社会和毕业生自身越来越关注的问题。为此,高校应加强对大学生职业生涯规划教育,帮助大学生进行科学的职业生涯规划,实现职业理想和人生发展。本文结合当前我国高校职业生涯规划教育中存在的问题,对大学生职业生涯规划教育提出了建议和对策。With the popularization of higher education, college graduates＇ employment has undergone qualitative changes. Employment issue has been a growing concern of both the society and the university graduates. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the college students＂ career planning education to help college students to conduct a scientific career planning so as to achieve their career ambitions and life development. This paper, focusing on the problems existing in China＇s current education on college students＇ career planning, has offered some suggestions and countermeasures.
