摘 要:提高机械钻速、缩短钻井周期是节约钻井工程投资成本的一个重要手段。在子洲-米脂气田的产能建设过程中,刘家沟组的裂缝性地层漏失已经成为制约该区块开发速度的瓶颈。针对该区块内刘家沟组地层采用常规堵漏易"钻进失返"的特点。2008年在该区块的钻井开发过程中,对漏失严重的井,使用充气钻井抢钻刘家沟组的欠平衡钻井技术,在提高机械钻速、缩短钻井周期的同时,也节约了开发成本。主要对充气钻井技术在子洲-米脂气田的应用情况做了简介,同时对实施效果及投资成本方面进行了简单的评估。Aerated drilling is a kind of underbalanced drilling means that the density of cycle mud is less than 1 g/cm3.It is important to fasten the drilling speed and shorten the drilling period for saving investment of well drilling process. There is a huge circulation loss in liujiagou Formation which has eonstrainted the development of the zizhou-mizhi gasfield. Attempting use the aerated drilling should be a good methd to solve the problem. In the year of 2008 aerated drilling technology is widly used in this block. Application in some wells,it indicate that aerated drilling can reduce formation damage, increase drilling speed and be suitable for low pressure, low permeability as well as easily leaking reservoir.
