2型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化相关特点。方法对47例2型糖尿病患者做颈动脉彩色普勒超声检查和相关血生化检查。结果颈动脉粥样硬化检出率为42.6%,合并高血压的患者增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病患颈动脉粥样硬化需定期全面检查和综合治疗。Objective Finds out type 2 diadbetes carotid atheroselerosis the related features. Methods 47 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes to do carotid artery color doppler ultrasound examination and the related blood biochemical examination. Results The carotid artery atherosclerosis detection rate was 42.6%. The two in the course,the sex,the age,the blood fats ,the uric acid comparison not obvious differenc, e（ P 〉0.05 ） ,compare at the merge hypertension have hypertension to bade statistics significance（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes carotid atherosclerosis are subject to regular comprehensive inspection and combined therapy.
