摘　　要：目的调研我院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)临床药师在安全用药中的作用。方法对本院PIVAS46538组输液医嘱进行审核;对配置室和生物安全柜空气沉降菌、表面附着菌进行监测。结果612组存在溶媒选择和用量错误、给药剂量错误等不合理用药现象,经药师审核,差错医嘱修改率为100%;空气洁净度监测合格率为100%。结论药师可凭借PIVAS平台积极开展临床药学工作,确保静脉用药安全。Objective To study the role of pharmacist at PIVAS. Methods 46 538 pieces of medical advises of PIV-AS were analyzed in terms and monitoring the air settlement bacteria and attaching to the surface bacteria of configuration rooms and biological safety cabinets. Results 612 pieces of improper medical advises were found involving problems in compatibility, dose concentration and interval of drug administration. Through the pharmacist review, error doctor＇s advice change rate was 100% ;Monitoring a pass rate of air cleanliness was 100%. Conclusion Pharmacists can play their role in clinical pharmacy through the platform of PIVAS to ensure the safety of intravenous drug use.
