摘　　要：目的了解青神县人民医院门诊处方书写和药品使用情况,分析其存在的问题。方法随机抽取门诊处方12000张,对处方书写质量及合理用药情况进行分析。结果不合格处方1174张,不合格率9.78%。结论我院门诊处方质量基本合格,但仍存在一些问题,应加强处方书写和审核。Objective To understand informations about outpatient prescription writing and drug using of qingshen people＇s hospital,and to analyze problems in it. Methods Randomly selected hospital out-patient prescription 12 000,situations of prescription writing quality and rational use of drugs were analyzed. Results 1 174 （9.78%）prescriptions were found to be unqualified. Conclusion The quality of the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital was qualified on the whole, but there were some problems remained to be tackled. Prescription writing and auditing should be strengthened.
