新生儿窒息的头颅CT特征及临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨头颅CT对新生儿窒息脑损伤的临床意义，以期提高对新生儿窒息脑损伤诊断的准确率，同时指导治疗和判断预后。方法对2006年1月～2009年5月入院的70例新生儿窒息患儿进行头颅CT检查，根据情况分型、分度。结果70例中65例有异常发现，63例为HIE，颅内出血31例，其中29例同时并有HIE，2例为单纯ICH。结论头颅CT对窒息儿脑损伤的诊断治疗及预后判断有十分重要的临床意义，窒息程度越重，HIE及ICH的发病率就越高，中枢神经系统损伤亦越重。Objective The purpose of this study was to improve the diagnostic rate, guide the treatment and judge the prognosis for the brain damage of neonatal asphyxia through the head CT examination. Methods Seventy children, who were suffered from the neonatal asphyxia and admitted in the hospital from January 2006 to May 2009, underwent the head CT examination. At the same time, the subjects were divided into different level and type group according to the head CT signs. Results There were some positive and abnormal eases including 63 HIE,31 ICH and 29 combined with HIE and 2 single ICH. Conclusion The head CT examination plays a very significant role for the diagnosis, treat- ment and prognosis of the brain damage of neonatal asphyxia. The classification,level and severity of the head CT signs correspond to the incidence of HIE and ICH as well as the degree of central nervous system injury consistendy.
