叶籽银杏成熟种子脱落特性及种子形态指标分析

摘　　要：以山东沂源一株叶籽银杏为试材,对其成熟种子的脱落特性和形态指标进行研究,结果表明:9月15日至10月10日,共收集落种1 109个,日均落种数为48个。种子脱落明显分为脱落前期、中期和后期,脱落中期为9月27日至10月4日。9月16日的种重是6.24 g,9月22日出核率是35.57%,10月5日出仁率是64.17%。本研究对探讨叶生种子发育生理过程有重要意义。The mature seed abscission character and morphological indexes of Ginkgo biloba var. epiphylla Mak. in Shandong yiyuan were studied in this study. The result showed that：totally 1109 abscission seed were collected from Sep. 5 th to Oct. 10 th, and the average amount of abscission seed in one day was 48. The period of seed ab- scission could be divided into three stages obviously：earlier stage, middle stage, and later stage. The seed weight of Sep. 16 th was 6.24 g, the given nut rate of Sep. 22 nd was 35.57%, the given kernel rate of Oct. 5 th was 64.17%. This study had a importance significance in exploring the process of physiological development.
