摘 要:对加拿大披碱草×老芒麦杂交后代的农艺学性状进行了比较研究,结果表明:F1和C1Ⅱ的生育期比母本加拿大披碱草短,其他杂种后代生育期偏向加拿大披碱草;在植株高度上,双亲和后代的株高排序依次为C1Ⅱ>老芒麦>F1>C1Ⅰ>加拿大披碱草>C0Ⅰ>C0Ⅱ;从分蘖数来看,C1Ⅱ>老芒麦>C1Ⅰ>C0Ⅱ>C0Ⅰ>F1>加拿大披碱草;产草量排序为C1Ⅱ>C0Ⅱ>C1Ⅰ>F1>C0Ⅰ>老芒麦=加拿大披碱草。杂交后代在产草量方面都体现了较强的杂种优势;在叶长、叶宽、叶面积、节间数和节间粗等方面,F1的各项指标介于双亲之间,C0Ⅰ、C1Ⅰ、C0Ⅱ和C1Ⅱ的茎叶指标也很高,接近或者超过了加拿大披碱草的指标;穗型上,杂种F1代、C0Ⅰ、C0Ⅱ介于双亲之间,半弯穗。C1Ⅰ和C1Ⅱ的穗形发生分离现象;杂种后代的蛋白质、粗脂肪的含量不同程度的体现了杂种优势。Agronomy traits of hybrids of Elymus canadensis × Elymus sibiricus was studied. The results showed that growth period of F1 and C1 II were shorter than E. canadensis. Growth period of other hybrids tended to E. canadensis. The sequence of plant height form high to low was C1 II ,Esibiricus,C1 I ,Co II ,Co I ,F1 and E. canadensis. And tillering ability form high to low was C1 II ,E. sibiricus,C1 I ,Co II ,Co I ,F1 and E. canadensis. Yield of grass from high to low was C1 II, CO II, C1 I , F1, Co I ,E. sibiricus and E. canadensis. Hybrids exhibited strong heterosis in yield of grass; The leaf length, leaf width,leaf area, number of internode and thick of intemode of F1 were between parents. CoI,C,I,CoII and C1II were close to or higher than E. canadensis. Spike type of F1 ,CoI and Coil belonged to se-mi-cured which was between parents. Character segregation were found in Spike type of C1I and C1II . Heterosis of hybrids showed in crude protein and fat at different degrees.
