摘　　要：教学资源库的构建是信息时代条件下学校教育信息化建设和素质教育改革的一项重要内容。网络教学资源库的建设作为一项系统工程,对学校教育具有重要的价值,与之相关的理论成为教育技术领域研究的一个新的问题。结合本院实际进行了校园网络资源库的资源管理与系统管理的功能分析,构建了资源库的标准化框架,对资源库的结构、功能、开发流程、系统安全保密设计全方位进行剖析论述。The construction of teaching resource pool on the campus network is an important content of schooling informationization construction and reformation of education for all round development in the condition of information. As a system engineering, it is of important value in schooling and the relevant theory is becoming a new researched item in the education technology domain. Combining with the facts of our academy, this paper makes the function analysis of resources management and system management of the database on the campus network, constructs the standardized framework of the database, and discusses the structure, function and development flow of the database, security and secrecy of system.
