摘  要:为研究我国电力设备抗震设计规范的适用性,以日本、中国和美国的电力设施抗震设计规范为研究对象,对比分析了3个国家规范在电气设备动力反应放大效应、法兰-瓷套管连接和电气设备振动台试验等方面的不同特点。通过国内外抗震规范的综合对比,分析了我国电气设备抗震设计的优缺点,通过借鉴国外先进的抗震设计理论,为修订我国电气设备抗震设计提出了建议。In order to study the applicability of Chinese code for seismic design of electrical equipment, this paper focuses mainly on the Chinese Code for Seismic Design of Electrical Facilities(GB50260-96) , IEEE Reeommend Practice for Seismic Design of Substations (IEEE Std 693-2005 )and Japan Electric Association Guideline for Aseismic Measures in Electrical Facilities of Substations (JEAG5003), comparatively analyzes the features and differences of the dynamic amplification of electrical equipment, the design of the porcelain insulators and the shake-table test of electrical equipment in three different specifications. Through comprehensive comparison of domestic and international seismic design thoughts, the advantages and disadvantages of China's seismic design for the electrical facilities can be well understood in depth. Through learning from foreign advanced seismic design theory, this paper may provide seismic design recommendations for the revision of China's electrical facilities.
