摘 要:针对PBO纤维的基本力学性能开展了试验研究。使用湿法缠绕工艺制备了PBO(AS)纤维束纱和PBO(HM)纤维束纱,制备了PBO纤维NOL环,测试上述两种PBO纤维束纱的拉伸性能,同时测试了PBO纤维NOL环层间剪切性能;在缠绕过程当中,PBO纤维工艺性好,适于湿法缠绕工艺使用。测试结果表明,PBO纤维的基本力学性能与报道值接近,其束纱拉伸强度高,层间剪切性能较低,说明PBO纤维表面活性差,改善PBO纤维的表面状态及其与树脂基体之间的界面相容性的研究工作将是PBO纤维复合材料以后研究的重点方向。This paper researchs the basic mechanical properties of PBO fiber.PBO(AS) fiber complex bundle and PBO(HM) fiber complex bundle are made with wet winding.NOL circle of PBO fiber is also made.Tensile property of two kinds of fiber complex bundle mentioned above and NOL circle interlamination shear property of PBO fiber complex bundle are examined.In the process of winding,process property of PBO fiber is fine,suitable for wet winding.The testing results show that,basic mechanical properties of PBO fiber approach the value reported, and tensile property of fiber complex bundle is high,interlamination shear property is low,which proves surface activity of PBO fiber is weak.Improving the surface condition of PBO fiber and interface compatibility with resin are the future study emphasis of the composite with PBO fiber.
