摘　　要：在多年实践经验的基础上,本文就乳脂率低的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的防治措施,为实际生产提供了依据。Based on the practical experience, the cause of the low fat percentage was analyzed, and the corresponding preventive measures were presented. It would provide the basis for the practical production.
