摘　　要：坚持和完善职工民主管理是建立现代企业制度的重要内容。我国目前职工民主管理立法及实践与企业改革发展不能完全相适应,必须在充分考虑我国国情以及现代企业制度发展现状的前提下,适当借鉴西方国家职工参与企业管理的经验,对我国职工民主管理制度立法进行充实和完善。Persisting in and perfecting the democratic management system for staffs are an important part of establishing the modern enterprise system. The legislation and practice of the current democratic management system for staffs in our country is not suitable for the reform of enterprises. We should take into full consideration the current conditions of our country and the status quo of the development of the modem enterprise system, properly borrow the experience of staffs participation in the enterprise management in the western countries and perfect the legislation of the current democratic management system for staffs in our country.
