摘　　要：城市居民住宅小区是一个城市的重要组成部分,物业公司是伴随其发展的产物,随着社会的进步,物业由管理型向服务型转变,这对物业管理公司提出了更高的要求,小区管理向着数字化、信息化的方向发展,为此,笔者针对城市住宅小区和小区物业管理的需要,特设计了一个功能完善的城市住宅小区信息服务管理平台。the urban residential quarters are an important part of the city. The real estate company is the product of urban development. With the progress of society, the real estate management turns to service, which puts forward higher requirements for the real estate management companies. The residential management should be oriented to digitalization and IT. Therefore, the author designs the information service management platform of urban residential quarters with perfect functions.
