摘　　要：我国高等教育的发展是伴随着高等教育投资体制的不断变革而发展的。改革开放以来,我国高等教育投资体制经历了财政拨款主体,拨款方式,经费管理办法,成本分担和成本补偿制度,助学体系,办学体制,投资体制等多方面的变革。Our high education develops with the constant evolution of the investment system. Since the initiation of reform and opening - up, our investment system of high education has experienced the reform in financial appropriation, appropriation way, operation management, cost distribution and compensation, school -running system and investment system.
