冷水七总皂苷对小鼠疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的研究冷水七总皂苷对小鼠疼痛的影响,并确定其镇痛作用的有效部位。方法镇痛实验采用热板法和扭体法,观察灌胃不同剂量的冷水七总皂苷后小鼠的痛阈值和扭体反应的次数。结果冷水七总皂苷高、低剂量组小鼠痛阈值明显增加,扭体次数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论冷水七总皂苷对小鼠具有明显镇痛作用,是冷水七发挥镇痛作用的主要活性部位。Objective To study the effect of total Impatiens Omeiana saponins on pain in mice and identify the effective constituents.Methods The pain-killing effect was test by hot plate model and body twisting model induced by acetic acid in mice.Results ln the mice administered with high or low dose of total Impatiens Omeiana saponins,the pain threshold was increased and the twisting number was markedly reduced（P〈0.01）.Conlusion The total Impatiens Omeiana saponins have pain-killing effect in mice and seems to be the effective constituent of Impatiens Omeiana.
