不同剂量氟化钠对大鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶活力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同剂量氟对大鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶的影响。方法:给4组Wistar大鼠饲喂正常饲料,分别饮用含0、1 2 5、2 5 0、5 0 0 mg/L氟化钠去离子水溶液,复制慢性氟中毒大鼠模型。饲喂2个月时取血,测定血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)活力的变化。结果:染氟组血清中乳酸脱氢酶和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶活力明显增加,并且随氟浓度的增加呈上升趋势,LDH/HBDH显著增加。结论:氟能引起血清乳酸脱氢酶和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶活力升高以及LDH/HBDH显著增加,可能引起心肌损伤。Objective： To assess the effect of different dosages of fluoride on Ca, Mg and P contents in rat Serum. Methods： Drinking water with various concentrations of sodium fluoride （0, 125, 250, 500 mg/L） was given to rats for two months. And then, contents of Ca, Mg, P and activity of alkaline phosphatase （ALP） in rat serum were measured. Results： Compared with those in the control group, contents of Ca and Mg in the fluoride group had not been changed notably. P content and activity of ALP in the serum of groups treated with fluoride increased significantly. Conclusion： Flu- orosis can induce metabolism unbalance of chemical elements in the serum.
