摘  要:目的:探讨不同剂量氟对大鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶的影响。方法:给4组Wistar大鼠饲喂正常饲料,分别饮用含0、1 2 5、2 5 0、5 0 0 mg/L氟化钠去离子水溶液,复制慢性氟中毒大鼠模型。饲喂2个月时取血,测定血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)活力的变化。结果:染氟组血清中乳酸脱氢酶和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶活力明显增加,并且随氟浓度的增加呈上升趋势,LDH/HBDH显著增加。结论:氟能引起血清乳酸脱氢酶和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶活力升高以及LDH/HBDH显著增加,可能引起心肌损伤。Objective: To assess the effect of different dosages of fluoride on Ca, Mg and P contents in rat Serum. Methods: Drinking water with various concentrations of sodium fluoride (0, 125, 250, 500 mg/L) was given to rats for two months. And then, contents of Ca, Mg, P and activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in rat serum were measured. Results: Compared with those in the control group, contents of Ca and Mg in the fluoride group had not been changed notably. P content and activity of ALP in the serum of groups treated with fluoride increased significantly. Conclusion: Flu- orosis can induce metabolism unbalance of chemical elements in the serum.
