摘　　要：从实证的角度上看,全国用知识产权作为质权来融资的模式大约有五种,分别以上海浦东模式、北京模式、天津模式、湖南模式和南京模式为代表。本文的评估只针对上海浦东模式,深入分析了应如何确立评估的知识框架,探讨了在知识产权评估和质押上浦东模式运作特点,存在的利弊等。Empirically, there are five models of the assessment and pledgment intellectual property rights all over our country, such as ShangHai-Pudong model, BeiJing model, TianJin model, HuNan model and NanJing model. The paper comments mainly on the ShangHai-Pudong model and describes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the Pudong model, while analyzes the knowledge frame of the assessment.
