摘　　要：目的探讨运用自体微粒皮移植与异体皮混合移植在特重度度烧伤创面治疗效果。方法对我科与2002年1月～2006年12月应用自体微粒皮与异体皮混合移植治疗特重度烧伤19例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 18例特重度烧伤患者存活,自体微粒皮生长良好,创面覆盖率达到95%以上。所以患者接受随访5～12个月,供、受皮区未见明显瘢痕或仅有轻度瘢痕,愈合后皮肤外观、弹性及功能恢复较好。结论早期自体微粒皮与异体皮}昆合移植治疗特重度烧伤效果良好,患者存活率高。Objective To investigate the effect of auto-microskin combined with alloskin in the treatment of extensive severe burns. Methods From January 2002 to December 2006, 19 cases with extremely severe burns received mixed graft of auto-microskin and alloskin wre analyzed retrospectively. Results Eighty cases with extremely severe burns were cured. The auto-microskin grew well. Covered rate of wound surface was reached to over 90%（ reached to more than 95%）. Via 5 to 12 months follow-up, donor-recepent skin area. No obvious sear or only slight sear were found in the donor-recipient skin area. The appearance,elasticity of skin and extremities function recover of extremities were good. Conclusion Mixed graft of auto-mieroskin and alloskin has a good therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of extensive severe burns. The patients have a high survival rate.
