摘　　要：伴随着物流业调整与振兴规划的实施,如何发展物流金融成为当前北京市物流企业最为关心的问题之一。本文分析了北京市发展物流金融的四大制约因素,提出了相应的对策建议。Along with the logistics industry adjustment and the implementation of the revitalization plan, how to develop the logistics finance become one of the issues of concern for most logistics enterprises in Beijing. This paper analyzes the development of the logistics of Beijing＇s four major finandal constraints, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
