摘　　要：香港与内地律师管理体制有所不同,律师执业范围也与内地有所区别,随着全球经济的发展,两地律师服务业联合发展显得极为重要,本文在分析目前两地法律制度与律师管理体制差异的基础上,提出两地律师服务业联合发展的建议。The management system and practice scope of Hong Kong lawyers distinct from the China's Mainland＇s. With the global economic development, joint development of the two districts seems extremely important. In this article, the authors make the advice for Hong Kong lawyers and the mainland lawyers to develop joindy on the base of current situation analysis.
