摘  要:采用甲壳素(CT)纤维做前驱体制备羟基磷灰石(HA)陶瓷纤维。首先配制CT纤维的纺丝液,将HA粉体分散在该溶液里,通过溶胶—凝胶法制得HA-CT陶瓷初生纤维,再对初生纤维进行表面裂纹化处理以及一定晶化烧结处理。通过对烧结后的纤维的表面形貌观察及相关检测,确定可工业化生产生物活性材料增强用HA陶瓷纤维的成型工艺。HA ceramic fibers was prepared via sol-gel route, using chitin fibers as the starting precursors in this paper. Firstly, the spinning solution to make chitin fiber was prepared before the HA grains were equably dispersed into the spinning solution. The primordial HA-CT ceramic fibers prepared by wet spinning were treated for making little crack on surface and then the treated samples were sintered at high temperature. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was employed to observe the surface area of sintered fibers. Through carrying out a series of experiments, ceramic fibers for reinforcement of bioactive materials the technological method about production of HA in industry was ensured.
