大学生学风的当下状况及影响因素——以西安地区部分高校为例

摘　　要：调查及研究显示,大学生遵守学习纪律情况要好于学习活动和学习成绩的情况;在先赋性和主观因素中,性别、年级、政治面貌等都会影响到学风水平;在客观环境因素中,校园气氛、教学管理、行政管理和宿舍气氛对学风水平有显著性影响。应通过调动学生学习内在积极性、严明学习纪律、加强校园文化建设、加强师资队伍建设几个方面来加强学风建设。The author surveys and studies the study style of some college students and finds that students are better in obeying learning discipline than in learning activities and study performance.the paper points out some subjective and objective influential factors such as,gender,grade,campus atmosphere,teaching management and so on.In the end,the writer puts forward some measurement to mobilize students＇ internal enthusiasm to learn strict discipline,to enrich campus culture and to enhance students＇ study style in different aspects.
