摘　　要：通过应用SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,面向服务体系架构)技术和智能客户端(Smart Client)技术,实现了河北省财源监控系统,很好地解决了河北省重点监控企业的财务月报数据采集、汇总统计、财务指标分析业务功能。SOA技术实现了业务数据的全省集中和共享,实现了基于XML Web Services标准化的面向服务架构和财政业务集中部署。智能客户端技术实现了客户端软件的动态加载、自动更新、安全认证和离线运用,以及和Web Services服务的完美集成,使用户享受C/S应用程序的完美用户体验而不需担心防火墙的问题。Through the application of SOA technologies and smart client technology Hebei Financial Supervision Systemt is designed and realized. It is solved that the key enterprises in Hebei Province＇s financial monthly data collection, summary statistics, analysis of financial indicators of business func- tions. It is realized that business data pooling and sharing, the XML Web Services Service-Oriented Architecture and the deployment of financial business software with ClickOnce. Dynamic loading mechanism,automatic updates, safety certification and offline use are realized. The seamless integration of XML Web Services, business software enables users are enjoyded by the C/S application. The perfect user experience do not worry about no firewall issues.
