摘  要:研究了智能动力混凝土各组成材料及外加剂对混凝土新拌性能的影响。结果表明,BASF新型黏度改性剂RheoMATRIX降低了混凝土对用水量与原材料质量波动的敏感性,但其掺量不宜过大,否则会引起混凝土流动性下降,但对混凝土强度无负面影响。此外,骨料的颗粒级配对于混凝土流动性能影响明显,在实际应用中需通过试验确定最佳骨料级配。大量的现场试验证明,Glenium 6xxx SDC能在中国多种原材料条件下,配制出性能优异的智能动力混凝土。Effect of raw materials and admixtures to SDC's fresh properties has been studied.The result shows that new viscosity modifying agent RheoMATRIX of BASF can help to reduce the sensitivity of concrete to water content and raw material quality fluctuation, but the dosage should not be too high,otherwise concrete flowability will be decreased. RheoMATRIX has no side effect on the concrete strength. Besides,the aggregate particle size distribution can influence concrete flowability as well. Therefore, in practice, optimized aggregate grading should be decided through intensive concrete test.A large number of field trials proved that SDC can be prepared with Glenium 6xxx SDC under various raw material conditions in China.This new technology will have a wide promotion and application prospects.
