摘　　要：为解决混凝土开裂、渗漏的技术难题,杭州下沙智格小区在地下工程施工时采用了单组分纤维膨胀剂双掺新技术。实践表明:该技术机理成熟,使用方便,是生产高抗裂、高抗渗混凝土的重要技术途径。In order to control the cracking and leaking in reinforced concrete constructs,the new technology of double mixture（one-component fibre and sweller）is adopted during the construction of substructural engineering of zhiGe project in Hangzhou.The practice indicated the new technology of which the mechanism is well-conditioned not only beease to adopt,but also one of the important technical approach to produce the highperformance concrete.
