摘　　要：蕲蛇酶是从尖吻蝮蛇毒中分离纯化的一种凝血酶样酶,具有抑制血栓形成,血栓溶解和抗血小板聚集作用,并能减轻脑组织再灌注后的脑损伤,主用于急性脑梗死和其他血栓性疾病的治疗。本文系统介绍其生化、药理、毒理和临床应用。Acutobin is a thrombin-like enzyme purified from the venom of the snake Deinagkistrodom acutus.It possesseds thrombosis inhibition,thrombolysis,antiplatelet actions and reduces the brain tissue reperfussion damage.It has been used to treat acute ischemia stroke and other thrombotic disease.The biochemistry,pharmacology,toxicology and clinical use of the acutobin were systematic introduced in this paper.
