蕲蛇酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价蕲蛇酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(LEDVT)的疗效。方法回顾性分析蕲蛇酶溶栓(0.75或1.5U.d-1)治疗的LEDVT患者23例,并与尿激酶溶栓(50万U.d-1)对比。结果20例患者症状缓解,深静脉核素显像、血管多普勒彩超或静脉造影显示了不同程度的血栓溶解和血管再通。2例并发轻度出血。蕲蛇酶对不同时期LEDVT的疗效均类似于尿激酶。结论蕲蛇酶用于LEDVT的治疗是安全有效的。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of the acutobin in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （LEDVT）. METHODS 23 hospitalised cases with LEDVT which received acutobin therapy （0.75 or 1.5 unit intravenous daily infusion） were analyzed retrospectively and compared with urokinase （a half of million unit intravenous daily infusion）. RESULTS Clinical symptoms of 20 patients were relieved. Deep venous radionuclide imaging, vascular Doppler ultrasonography or venography indicated the different thrombolysis and repatency of the thrombosis-related vessels. 2 cases had mild haemorrhage. The efficiency of acutobin treat- mentwas similar to that of urokinase in different period LEDVT and the safety was better.CONCLUSION The acutobin treatment for LEDVT is effective and safe.
