摘 要:目的通过研究大黄中游离蒽醌类成分大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄素甲醚和大黄酚清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2.)的作用,从分子生物学的角度探讨大黄延缓衰老作用的可能机理。方法采用电子自旋共振技术(ESR)分别检测大黄中游离蒽醌类成分对O2.的清除作用。结果大黄中游离蒽醌类成分对O2.的清除作用,依次为大黄酸>大黄酚>大黄素>大黄素甲醚>芦荟大黄素。结论大黄所具有的延缓衰老的作用,可能与其所含的游离蒽醌类成分大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄素甲醚和大黄酚具有清除O2.的能力有关。OBJECTIVE To study the scavenging effects of Rhein, Aloe-emodin, Emodin, Physcion and Chrysophanol which were the free anthraquinones from Rheum palmatum L. on superoxide anion radical and to inverstigate the mechanism of Rheum palmatum L. in retarding aging at molecular biology level. METHODS The electron spin resonance (ESR) was used to observe the scavenging effects on the superoxide anion radical (O2^-) of the free anthraquinones from Rheum palmatum L. RESULTS All of the Rhein, Aloe-emodin, Emodin, Physcion and Chrysophanol were effective inscavenging Of produced in the alkaline DMSO system, and the ability was Rhein〉Chrysophanol 〉 Emodin 〉 Physcion 〉 Aloe-emodin. CONCLUSION Rheum palmatum L. has the effect of retarding aging. Perhaps this is relevant to the scavenging effects on the superoxide anion radical (O2^-) of the free anthraquinones from the herb.
