摘　　要：目的建立检测化妆品中地塞米松含量的分析方法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAXC18色谱柱;以三乙胺溶液(取三乙胺7.5mL,加水至1000mL,用磷酸调节pH3.0±0.05):甲醇:乙腈(40:40:20)为流动相,检测波长为242nm,流速1.0mL.min-1。在1～80μg.mL-1范围内浓度和峰面积呈良好线性关系(R=0.9998),加样回收率为99.49%。结论该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于祛斑美白类化妆品中含地塞米松的检测。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Dexamethasone in anti-Freckle and whiten Cosmetics.METHODS The sample was analyzed on Agilent ZORBAX C18 column.The mobile was trithylamine solution（0.75% trithylamine solution was adjusted pH to 3.0±0.05 with phosphoric acid）-methanol-acetonitrile（40∶40∶20）.The wavelength was at 242nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range of Dexamethasone was 1～80μg·mL-1（R=0.9998）,and the average of recovery was 99.49%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the determination of Dexamethasone in anti-Freckle and whiten cosmetics.
