摘  要:采用原子荧光、火焰光度、ICP-AES 法测定了高山红景天中28种无机元素,其含量各异,且因部位、年度、产地不同而异;所测元素加和量:须根〈根和根茎〈茎〈果皮〈种子〈叶,叶是富含部位;加和量均值,植株地上比地下部分高57.6%,其中10种人体必需微量元素含量和均值则高3.2倍;有害微量元素含量低于致毒量;长白山区高山红景天资源丰富,值得开发利用。28 inorganic elements in Rhodiola sachalinensis (RS) were determined by atomic fluorometry, flame spectroscopy and ICP-AES.The results showed that their content varied in different parts of plant or with growing years and different growth place.The additive amount of the determined elements (AADE) indicated a tendency:tassel<root and rhizome<stem<peel<semen<leaf,while the mean value of AADE of the above ground parts were 57.6% higher than that of the under grotmd parts.Among these 28 ele- ments,the average value of 10 trace dements content essenial to human body in the parts on the ground was 3.2 times higher than that in the parts under the ground.The content of harmful elements in the plant was lower than the limits of torde dose.The Changbai area is rich in RS and it is worth to be developed and dely used.
