摘  要:云南木蠹象是云南松的重要害虫之一。为了寻找对该虫具有引诱活性的寄主挥发性成分,本研究开展了对云南木蠹象寄主植物云南松健康株与受害株挥发物的提取、分离和鉴定。结果表明,云南松健康株挥发物质组分有12种,受害株挥发物质组分有20种。其中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、β-水芹烯和莰烯4种成分在健康株和受害株中的相对含量均较高;在相同组分中,受害株除α-蒎烯、三环萜、莰烯等3种组分的相对含量较健康株有所上升外,其余组分的相对含量均表现下降趋势。Pissodes yunnanensis Langor and Zhang is the main pest infesting Pinus yunnanensis. The volatiles were collected and identified from Pinus yunnanensis plants subjected to Pissodes yunnanensis damage or damage -free condition in the current case. A total of 12 volatiles were obtained from the damage - free trees, and 20 were identified from the damaged ones. In both types of trees, α - Pinene, β - Pinene, β- Phellandrene and Camphene were the main compounds, among which α - Pinene, Camphene and Tricyclene were higher in the damaged trees, and the others are less.
