摘　　要：介绍了我国功勋科学家袁隆平院士30多年来,坚持科学实验,突破"水稻无杂交优势可以利用"的定论,成功地培育出高产优质杂交水稻的事迹,以及他表现出的科学家的优秀品质。文章由此总结出对广大实验室工作者的几点启迪。This paper introduced academician Yuan Long-ping,who is a well-known merited scientist,to have being engaged in scientific experiment for more than 30 years,to have broken the definite conclusion of ＂No advantage of hybridized rice can be used＂,and to have successfully cultivated high-yield hybridized rice.The paper introduced his excellent quality as being a scientist as well.Thus concluded a few enlightened for laboratory workers.
