摘 要:开发了面向特殊柱面的CAD/CAM系统,系统采用上、下位机控制结构,上位机完成曲线设计、拟合和数控编程,下位机完成刨床的运动控制。在拟合处理中提出了基于弦长的等误差直线和曲率圆弧拟合混合算法。刨床在切削过程中不允许工作台进给,为此在滑枕上设置了2个接近开关,解决了进给运动和滑枕运动之间的协调控制。对罗茨泵转子零件的加工实践证明,使用效果是理想的。The CAD/CAM integrated system applying to planer for special cylinder was developed. The system uses master-slave mode and comprises CAD subsystem application developed based on AutoCAD and CNC subsystem con- trolled by 80C196KC chip microcomputer. Aiming at fitting of curve, the hybrid algorithm that is composed of line fitting of equi-error and arc fitting of curvature circle was presented based on chord. According to cutting character of planer, feed motion of working platform and tool slide is prohibited during cutting. By installing two proximity switch on ram, coordinated control of feed motion and ram reciprocating motion was solved skillfully. By machining of roots pump rotor, this system indicates validity.
