摘　　要：总结了实验室频繁外借设备的管理特点和具有自身特色的管理模式、管理方法,对频繁外借设备存在的问题进行了全面的分析,并提出了具体的解决方法和相应的管理程序。This paper summarized the management features of frequently loan equipment in the laboratory,unique management pattern and measures.The paper also carried on the comprehensive analysis on the questions in frequently loan equipments,proposed specific solutions and the corresponding management procedures.
