强县扩权促进城乡一体化发展的条件分析

摘　　要：强县扩权能够促进城乡一体化发展,但需同时具备以下条件:较为完善的市场经济制度、较为发达的基础设施条件、较好的经济发展基础、较明晰的市县之间职能定位以及较完善的市场监管机制。The reform of power expansion counties can accelerate the development of the unified design between city and countryside on the premises of much-improved market economy system,comparatively developed infrastructure,advanced economic foundation,transparent function orientation and much-developed market-supervising system.
