摘 要:随着网络计划技术在工程实践中的应用,人们发现传统的关键路线法(CPM)提供的时差和关键路线与工程实际有一定差别,其主要原因可归结为现有的网络计划在定制或计算时没有考虑资源的限制。在实际工程中工序的资源量是受到严格限制的,传统的CPM法不能给出正确的工序总时差和关键路线。所以本文将建立资源约束下的网络进度计划模型,得出符合工程实际的网络进度计划时间参数,从而使项目管理人员对项目进度进行有效控制和管理。As the network schedule technology has been applying to engineering practice, it is discovered that there are some differences between the time difference and the key routes provided by the traditional critical path method (CPM) and engineering practice. Its major reason can be attributed when the existing network plan customizes or calculates; the resource constraint is not considered. In the practical engineering processes, the amount of resources is strictly limited, so in the actual engineering, the traditional CPM can not give the correct total float and critical path. Therefore, in this paper, a network schedule model constrained by resource will be established to ob- tain a network schedule time parameter in conformity with engineering practice, so that the project managers can effectively control and manage project progress.
