摘　　要：介绍了我国三峡左、右岸电站计算机监控系统的方案和实施经过,分析比较了左岸电站引进的与右岸电站自主研发的监控系统的运行情况,总结了计算机监控系统在三峡左、右岸电站的技术进步与提高,总结了三峡特大型电站监控系统采取技术引进消化吸收及自主研发所取得的成绩和经验,并对存在的问题和原因进行了分析。Introduces the schemes and the practice processes of the computer monitoring systems for Three Gorges left bank hydropower station and the right bank hydropower station.Analyzes and compares the operation states of the imported computer monitoring system for the left bank and the independent developed system for the right bank.The paper also sums up the technical progress and improvements as well as the achievements and experience in the technical import and digestion,analyzes the existed problems and the causes.
