摘 要:针对特超稠油油藏原油胶质、沥青质含量高,层状结构复杂的特点,研制了高效复合降粘体系XGD并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,原油不含水时,复合降粘体系XGD降粘效果一般;但原油含水率为50%时,XGD加量1.0%,降粘率可高达99.95%。与目前油田常用降粘剂比较,XGD具有更好的降粘效果,并且XGD具有良好的抗盐性。A high efficient complex viscosity reduction system XGD was developed for the crude oil in super - heavy oil reservoir with high resin and asphaltene content and complicated layer structure. The performance of XGD was evaluated. The result showed that the effect for XGD to reduce viscosity was poor when crude oil was free of water but the effect was as high as 99.95% when water content of crude oil was 50% and adding amount of XGD was 1.0%. XGD showed better viscosity reducing effect than the common viscosity reducers used in oilfields currently. It also showed good salt resistance.
